What to include

• Something is not working

  What you did, what you expected and what happened. If it was an optimization, include the run id from the workspace status bar (it starts with "Run").

• A question about your plan

  The material and stock type, and what about the layout you would change. A screenshot or the exported CSV helps.

• A feature you need

  The job you are trying to do, and what gets in the way today.

• Your data

  Whether you want a copy of your data or your account deleted, and the email address of the account.
